You're young, single, and have all the freedom and mobility that goes with it. Three times in my life I started over from scratch, with no more personal belongings than would fit in the back seat of an old car. Each time was tough, but looking back, those times turned out to be springboards to new and exciting times of my life. Folks will generally help out someone who they sense has a genuine need and is trying to help themselves. Do anything it takes (legal) to get back on your feet. ANY job will do at first. Just make yourself productive and keep your sense of self worth and good things will happen to you. Get in shape or do something to reduce your health risks. I can't believe you really had a heart attack at age 20 ???? but if that's so, then obviously you have to get or stay in shape and avoid smoking like it will kill you, because it will. What the hell is your family history? Do the men in your family die at a young age? Move across the country. Join the Marines. Beat the streets and scare up some work by talking to folks face to face. Thank gawd your not tied down by a mortgage, huge debt, kids, etc. Something really good can come out of this, depending upon your attitude. Don't worry too much about the details, just move forward in a positive direction. DON'T drink or drug which will just slide you into a deep abyss. You'll be fine.
